Privacy policy.

We take privacy seriously. Federal recruiting deals with sensitive personal and clearance-related information, and we treat it accordingly.

Federal Group Talent Partners collects only the candidate and employer information necessary to deliver federal recruiting services. Candidate clearance information is shared with prospective employers only after explicit candidate approval. Employer engagement information is treated as confidential. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Detailed practices below.

For employers For candidates

Information we collect

From candidates: name, contact information, employment history, security clearance level (when applicable and disclosed by you), resume and supporting materials, salary expectations, geographic preferences, and any other information you choose to share when engaging with us.

From employers: name, company, contact information, role specifications, contract context (when shared after NDA), and engagement preferences.

From all visitors: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL) for security and operational purposes; analytics data (session, page views) collected via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled.

How we use information

To deliver federal recruiting services. Specifically: to match candidates to relevant positions, to communicate with candidates and employers about engagements, to provide candidate slates to approved hiring firms, and to maintain operational records of engagements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not use candidate data for marketing to other firms. Candidate clearance information is shared with prospective employers only after the candidate has explicitly approved the specific submission.

Data retention

Active candidate records are retained while the candidate remains in our network. Inactive records older than 24 months are reviewed and either archived (with reduced fields), retained at candidate request, or deleted.

Employer engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and contract compliance purposes.

Your rights

Candidates may request a copy of their record, correction of any field, or deletion of their record. Email privacy@fgtp.example to make a request. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Our infrastructure runs on encrypted-in-transit and encrypted-at-rest storage with role-based access. Recruiters access only the candidate records relevant to their engagements. Audit logs track every access to sensitive records.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies for session management and Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. We do not use cross-site tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party advertising pixels. Consent is requested at first visit per applicable jurisdiction.

Updates

This privacy policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated via the homepage banner and email to candidates with an active engagement. The effective date below indicates the current version.
