How are fees structured?
Contingent placement fees on standard recruiting engagements. Retained fees on executive search and pre-award proposal staffing. Hourly or per-billet fees on surge engagements over a certain headcount threshold. We disclose the fee structure on the engagement letter, not after.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before any sensitive engagement and we adhere to them. For pre-award proposal work and executive search, NDAs are standard.
How are guarantees structured?
Standard direct-hire placements: 90-day no-cost replacement if the candidate separates within 90 days for any reason within our control. Executive search: 90-day no-cost replacement on retained engagements. Surge engagements: per-billet replacement schedule defined in the engagement letter.
